But, we had a bounty crop of apples from our "orchard" and apples always mean desserts in my house. Eating a plain raw apple is so boring, right? :) My choice this time was Ina's French Apple Tart. Yum!
P.S. It's even easier if you use frozen puff pastry instead of making your own!
