Nina's First Haircut

Last weekend Nina got her first haircut (she's 3 1/2)! Since her hair is so curly I've let it grow and grow to let her curls develop. It's long and healthy, but needed a few layers and a small trim to help mitigate snarls. She loved the whole experience, including the ice cream my mom gave to her when she was finished. :)

I don't have an "after", but it surely looked cute! My mom (a former professionally trained hairdresser) did her research to ensure her curls were cut properly! Thanks Mom! Good job Nina!!
