October is almost over and it'd be remiss not to mention it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Here's my PSA... :) Keep Calm and Check Yourself.

I'm sure we're all a bit rusty, but here's your reminder!! Or if you're of the age, get a mammogram! It's not scary and there is NO excuse.

Did you know with early detection the five year survival rate is 98%? That's great news, but you have to catch it!
